Dan is moving back to the Chicago-land area and he will continue to work remotely for
Structures Workshop in the same capacity. We have PE licenses in IL and WI so we
are excited to expand into the Midwest!
Structures Workshop celebrates 3 years and 150 projects.

Erik Nelson presents "Philosophy and Engineering" at the annual ASCE conference in
Kansas City, MO. He will address the nature of engineering knowledge, including the
distinction that is commonly made between theory and practice, and some implications

Structures Workshop hires a new employee, Joshua Gionfriddo, which increases our
staff by 50% (from 2 to 3)!
The Steel Yard in Providence is under construction including retaining walls and
